No. You only pay the fixed subscription — we never take commission on your profit or trading volume.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes. You can activate a 3-day free trial for Pro (one-time only). After 3 days you'll be asked whether to upgrade — no auto-charge.
Can I change or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then.
Is the Free plan time-limited?
No. Free is free forever within the limits above — perfect for learning and experimenting before committing.
What is the difference between a dry-run and a live FreqTrade bot?
Dry-run simulates trading without real money — great for validating your strategy. Live bots connect to your exchange API and trade with real funds. Free plan includes 1 dry-run bot (30-day limit), Pro adds 1 live bot, and Scale gives you 3 dry-run bots and 3 live bots.
Are my API keys safe?
Yes. Keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM on input and only decrypted temporarily in an isolated environment when placing orders. We never have withdraw access to your account.
What is the difference between an exchange connection and a route?
An exchange connection (Provider/Hub) is an exchange account you link with an API key. Each Provider can have multiple Routes — each Route is a trading pair with its own unique webhook URL. Free plan has 1 Provider but unlimited Routes within it.
